I havent updated my so call blog ni dah like how many months..
As if as anyone noticed laa kan?

Now, I am working in HDPM, that is short for HSBC Data Processing Malaysia.
When I came for this job, on 1st January 2007, (yeah I know, new year but still go for work..) I knew I wont last long here since I have a degree in IT and working in a bank for non-related work of IT.
I thought, it is just a time filling while I can get a job related to IT... but after been here for 2 months.. I, here to stay!
WHY? I can see myself building a career here.
WHAT?? Like I have only been here only for 2 months only and I can see the future..
HOW? The department of Insurance Center of Excellence (I.C.O.E) and
HSBC Amanah Takaful are still small. Eventho, I started working as Global Support Executive(GSE) for Call Center, there is an opportunity for me to go up. My line manager a.k.a Assistant Manager, is only 26yrs, ex-MMU, falculty Creative Multimedia. And My Manager is only 33yrs old. Go figure when I'll be in 1 year time? Assistant Manager perhaps?
HMM?? Summore, I am kind of outshine than the rest. Head of communication spotted me during communication trainings and pointed me out to my Manager-kak Yati to groom me. She can see my potential. Now she chose me out of many other GSE to go for 6 sigma yellowbelt training. Not only me laa, Geetha and Kak Harisha are also going.
6 sigma??WTF?? Measure of quality that strives for near perfection for one organization.. yellowbelt-->greenbelt-->blackbelt.. oh i donno what crap i'm talking about here, all i know when you have the yellowbelt, you have the "In-Thing" for insurance.. so all the insurance organization will consider you as the "In-Thing". If you know what I mean..
Not much of work pon around here.. since the customers are still in small numbers.. 25 ++ thou if not mistaken. The target is 1 million at the end of 2007, so things gonna be hectic.
Well work life is what I enjoy now..
